The Devices Pane is the control center for connected hardware devices other than the camera. Hardware devices such as: motorized stages, filter wheels, TTL, and motorized microscopes are setup and controlled through Panels. All of the Device Panels can be expanded or minimized using the arrow on the right side.
The Filter Setup panel controls the automation of filter and shutter devices including: filter wheels, filter cube changes (including microscope), and shutter devices. For more information see "Filter Shutter Setup."
Use the IO/LED Setup panel to configure TTL trigger settings to start a sequence, capture an image, set an exposure or trigger events. For more information see "IO/LED Setup."
Use the XYZ Setup panel to calibrate an motorized XY stage and setup auto-focus parameters. For more information see "XYZ Stage Setup."
The Microscope Setup panel the necessary controls based on the type of microscope and its configuration. Change the filter position or switch objectives with the touch of a button. For more information see "Microscope Setup."
